Real availability
The times you see are times the local crew can actually make. We work them out from who is rostered, what is already booked, how long your job will take and the drive between stops. You will never be offered a slot that quietly falls over later.
No charge until it is agreed
You book against an estimate. Your local team checks it against your lawn details and photos, then confirms the price or proposes a different one. Only a price you have agreed to is ever charged.
Photographic proof
Every job is photographed before and after and posted to your booking. You do not have to be home, and you do not have to take anyone's word for it.

How much does lawn mowing cost in New Zealand?
A standard mow starts at $45 including GST for a small, tidy lawn. What you actually pay depends on the size of your section, how long the grass is, whether it is flat or sloped, and how easy it is to get the gear in. You see the full price before you book — there is no quote to wait for on a standard mow.
When am I charged?
Not when you book. You see an estimated price, your local team confirms it against the lawn details and photos you gave us, and only a confirmed price is charged. If they think the job is different from what was described, they propose a new price and you accept or decline it. Declining costs you nothing.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our work happens while people are out. We need access to the lawn — an unlocked gate, or a gate code in your booking notes — and somewhere to park. You get a notification when the crew is on the way and before and after photos when they finish.
What if it rains?
Light rain is fine and we will usually mow through it. If conditions would damage your lawn or make the job unsafe, your local team moves the booking and tells you. You are not charged for a job that did not happen.
Can I book a regular mow?
Yes, and it is cheaper. Choose weekly, fortnightly, three-weekly, four-weekly or six-weekly when you book and the recurring discount applies to every visit. You can skip a visit, pause for a holiday, change how often we come, or stop altogether from the app at any time.
Who actually turns up?
A crew member from the WeMow franchise that covers your suburb — a local business, not a stranger from a marketplace. You get their first name before they arrive, and the same person wherever we can manage it on a recurring booking.
